The email updates were clear, which I really appreciated because I always get a little anxious about whether an order is actually ready. I didn’t have to wait long at the counter either. One item took them a bit to track down, but everyone was helpful and it still felt smooth overall. I’d definitely use pickup again.

Ordered a hoodie and sweatpants from thecoop the fit was just right. I’m between M and L, went L, and it was relaxed without looking oversized. Pants length was perfect too, no dragging. Super glad I didn’t have to deal with a return. I’d buy my usual size again

"Textbook Rental Turned Into a Hassle"
I rented a textbook and it ended up arriving later than expected, which was frustrating. The return instructions weren’t very clear either, so I had to email twice just to figure out what to do. if this happens again, I’ll probably rent from somewhere else next time

I actually got my order quickly, which was nice, but two of the items were wrong. Support did fix one of the issues, so I appreciated that, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with. I actually expected a bit better accuracy from thecoop.

I signed up mainly for the member deals, though I felt a little unsure right after paying and wondered if it was going to be one of those things that sounds better than it is. But so far it’s actually been useful. I’ve already gotten a few decent discounts, and the perks weren’t a hassle to use. Nothing flashy, just saves me some money when I shop

I sent in my textbooks without any issues, and the quote they gave me was fair. The only thing is, the payment took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. Support did get back to me eventually, but it felt like they weren’t exactly in a rush. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t call it great either

I do like a few things from The Coop, so I’m not trying to be too harsh, but the location just doesn’t really work for me. It’s kind of out of my normal routine, and every time I go, it feels like it takes longer than it should. Maybe it’s just me, but it doesn’t feel like the most convenient place to pop into.
Parking can be a bit frustrating too, especially if I’m only grabbing one or two items. At that point, I start wondering if the trip is even worth it. I wish they had a location that was a little easier to get to, because I’d probably go more often.

I ordered from The Coop and the package got here in decent condition. The box had a small dent on one corner, but nothing inside was damaged, so it was not a big deal. Everything was packed well and looked clean. I am taking off one star just because the outside looked a little rough, but overall I am happy with it.

I was expecting more fun school spirit stuff, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items were kind of plain, and the prices seemed higher than I expected, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. I thought it would be a quick, easy way to find something cool, but I ended up feeling annoyed trying to pick from basic options. It’s fine if you just need simple merch, but I didn’t really see anything exciting or unique.
